Most plans cover urgent care with a copay, typically $25–$75. We'll verify coverage at check-in and tell you the expected cost before care begins.
Self-pay (no insurance)
Transparent flat-rate pricing for common visits. Sports physicals are $50. Standard urgent care visits and individual services are clearly priced — no surprise bills.
HSA & FSA accepted
Pay your visit cost or copay with your Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account card. Itemized receipts available on request.
High-deductible plans
If your deductible isn't met, you may pay the full visit cost. We'll show you the estimate before care so there are no surprises.
No surprise billing
X-rays done in our office are billed under your visit. We'll tell you in advance if any test or service might generate a separate bill from an outside lab.

What to Bring to Your Visit
- Photo ID — driver's license, state ID, or passport
- Insurance card — front and back will be scanned
- Copay or HSA/FSA card — if applicable, you'll be told the amount at check-in
- Secondary insurance card — if you have one
- List of current medications — including dosages
- Any forms you need completed — sports physicals, work clearance, school forms, etc.
If you're a parent bringing a minor
A parent or legal guardian must accompany any patient under 18. Bring the child's insurance card (which may be under a parent's name) and any specific forms required by their school, camp, or sports program.
Out-of-state or out-of-network
We can still see you. Out-of-network visits typically cost more out of pocket, and you may need to file for reimbursement with your home insurance after the visit. Self-pay is also always an option. Call us if you have questions before walking in.
