For Employers & Employees
Workers' Comp Care in Berkeley Heights, NJ
Same-day care for work-related injuries — evaluation, treatment, drug testing, and complete documentation. We work directly with NJ employers and carriers.
Care that gets employees back to work — and paperwork right
When an employee gets hurt at work, two things matter equally: the medical care and the documentation. Get either one wrong and the claim drags on, costs more, and frustrates everyone involved. Sage Urgent Care provides both — proper clinical care for the injury, and the precise documentation NJ workers' compensation requires.
We work with employers across Berkeley Heights, Summit, New Providence, Chatham, Murray Hill, and surrounding towns. Our providers complete required forms during the visit, handle post-accident drug and alcohol testing on-site, and communicate directly with carriers and case managers when authorized. No round-trips for paperwork.
