Insurance at Sage Urgent Care
Urgent care that takes UnitedHealthcare and Oxford
Sage Urgent Care is in network with UnitedHealthcare’s commercial plans, including Oxford Health Plans — the UnitedHealthcare brand many New Jersey employers offer. Walk in any day from 8 AM to 8 PM in Berkeley Heights and pay your plan’s urgent care cost-share.
UnitedHealthcare plans we see
- UnitedHealthcare employer plans — Choice, Choice Plus and Options PPO
- Oxford Health Plans — Freedom, Liberty and Metro networks
- Employer plans administered by UMR that use the UnitedHealthcare network
- UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage or Community Plan? Call (908) 363-0378 with your plan name before you come and we’ll confirm your coverage.
What you’ll pay
UnitedHealthcare and Oxford plans usually set a fixed urgent care copay, or apply the visit to your deductible on high-deductible plans. Some Oxford plans are network-only, which makes choosing an in-network urgent care especially important — Sage is in the network. X-ray and lab work done during your visit go on the same claim.
We verify UnitedHealthcare and Oxford eligibility electronically at check-in.
